The easiest way is to buy ready-made seasoning, but true cooks are not interested in this.When composing a spicy-aromatic mixture, each cook uses his own proportions, finding the optimal option from his point of view. When preparing seasonings, they take into account how pronounced the aroma and taste of each spice is. Typically, herbs are used in larger quantities than ground seeds.

For example, the composition of a combined seasoning might look like this:

  • 2 teaspoons thyme;
  • 2 tsp rosemary;
  • 2 teaspoons parsley;
  • 2 tsp basil;
  • 1 tsp oregano;
  • 1 tsp bay leaf;
  • 1 tsp cardamom;
  • 1 tsp coriander;
  • 1 tsp fennel.

All components must be dry and crushed. The spices are combined and mixed in one common bowl, and then poured into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store the seasoning at a temperature not exceeding 25° C without access to light for 1 year. It is better to label the jar with the date of packaging in order to know exactly when to prepare a fresh set of spices.

  • hard cheese – 200 g;
  • half-smoked sausage – 250 g;
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 head;
  • bell pepper – 1/2 pcs.;

  • pizza seasoning – 2 hours; l.;
  • fresh herbs for decoration.

Preparation step by step:

  1. First prepare a dough of yeast, sweetened warm water and a small amount of flour.
  2. Then knead soft dough. The specified quantity of products is enough for 3 pizzas with a diameter of 32 cm.
  3. Roll out the dough thinly to the size of the mold, grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with dry seasoning.
  4. Spread a thick layer of cheese on top.
  5. Place the rest of the filling - tomato slices, sausage, onion half rings.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped sweet pepper.
  7. Place a second portion of cheese on top.
  8. Place in the oven. Just before it's ready, sprinkle with fresh herbs.

Bake the dish in an oven preheated to 180° C for about half an hour.

List of ingredients:

For the test:

  • wheat flour – 450 g;
  • raw yeast – 1/2 pack;
  • olive oil – 6 tbsp. l.;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a pinch of sugar.

For filling:

  • mushrooms – 1 kg;
  • onions – 2 heads;
  • tomatoes – 4 pcs.;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • hard cheese – 200 g;
  • sour cream – 300 g;
  • olive oil – 4 tbsp. l.;
  • mixture of dried herbs - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Crumble the yeast and mix it thoroughly in a glass of warm water with sugar.
  2. Add flour, olive oil, salt, knead the dough, cover with a napkin and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
  3. Knead the dough again, divide it into 2 parts. Form each into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm.
  4. Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry in vegetable oil.
  5. Place the cake in a greased pan, forming sides.
  6. Place mushrooms on the dough, sprinkle a mixture of dry herbs on top and arrange sliced ​​tomatoes.
  7. Make a filling of sour cream and beaten eggs, spread it over the flatbread.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.

After taking the pizza out of the oven, it is cut into portions and served to the table.

The basis of the pizza seasoning mixture is herbs. To them are additionally added crushed seeds of coriander, fennel, cardamom and crushed laurel leaves. It is important not to overdo it with spices so as not to spoil the taste of the pizza.
