The best areas of St. Petersburg

In any large city, you need to approach the purchase of real estate very responsibly, especially if you are looking for an apartment to move to for permanent residence. There are many districts in St. Petersburg, but not all of them are convenient for family life. There are only 18 districts, so it’s quite difficult for buyers to navigate. What about the prices? Current prices for purchasing apartments in St. Petersburg can be viewed on the website of the Etazhi company. The company has collected the best offers from trusted sellers for you, so all that remains is to decide on the area. We have prepared a couple of tips that should help you with this.

Petrogradsky district

Petrogradsky district

We give him first place, since he is the face of St. Petersburg. Its main advantage is its proximity to the center and main tourist attractions. We would also like to note the good transport accessibility, since it is convenient to get from here to anywhere in the city. In the Petrogradsky district there are no problems with calling a taxi, using public transport, and so on. There are also six metro stations in Petrogradka, and this is a very significant plus. When you first get acquainted with the area, you immediately notice the successful balance of secondary housing stock and new buildings. You have the opportunity to purchase an apartment either in a building with history or in a new building in which no one has lived before. There are real estate options here to suit every taste, color and budget. If you buy a home in the Petrogradsky district, you will have all the social infrastructure and a huge number of places for walking with children within walking distance.

central District

central District

This is the heart of St. Petersburg, because here is the Hermitage, the Cathedral of the Savior on Blood, the Kazan Cathedral, Vosstaniya Square, Shaverma on Liteiny. Why didn't we give it first place in our ranking of the best neighborhoods? Because it is not suitable for everyone for permanent residence. Everything is good here and the standard of living is high, but you must be prepared for crowds of tourists scurrying everywhere.

Primorsky district

Primorsky district

The Primorsky district is most reminiscent of modern Moscow in terms of its amenities. It is being actively developed by local authorities and a huge amount of budget funds are poured into it every year. The infrastructure here is well developed, the transport network is being improved and there is the 300th Anniversary Park with a beach, beloved by all citizens. The ecological situation in the area is excellent, as are the views from the windows of the apartments! We can also safely recommend it as a place to move to St. Petersburg for permanent residence.

Petrogradsky district is one of my favorites! The author said it right - this is the face of St. Petersburg. When the weather is good, I get inspired by reading the history of St. Petersburg and go for a walk through the modern historical center of the city!
