- “Like in a restaurant.” Mix 30 ml of water and milk, 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil and heat slightly. Pour 120 g of flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of Parmesan, 0.5 teaspoon of dry garlic, 0.5 teaspoon of dry quick yeast into a bowl. Make a depression and, pouring milk and water in a stream, knead the dough. Turn on the pizza maker for 30 seconds. Turn off and lubricate with oil. The pan should be slightly warm. Place the dough into it, forming sides. Leave to stand for 15 minutes. Turn on the appliance and prick the dough with a fork. After 5 minutes, sprinkle the workpiece with Parmesan and add the meat filling. After another 5 minutes, brush the pizza with sauce. Add thinly sliced tomatoes, other vegetables, and mushrooms. Cook for 3 minutes covered and another 5 minutes without it. Add cubes of cheese - mozzarella or suluguni from 50% fat. Turn off the device and cover with a lid for 5 minutes. This will be the best pizza you've ever tried: the dough is thin, crispy, and the toppings don't fall off.
Recipes for other dishes:
- Wiener Schnitzel. Beat 2 pieces of veal to a thickness of 3–5 mm. Salt and pepper. Dip in flour, then egg and breadcrumbs. Turn on the device and wait until the green button lights up. Spray the surface with oil. Fry the schnitzel on both sides for 7–10 minutes. Serve with a wedge of lemon on a warm plate.
- Omelette. Beat 4 eggs and 100 ml of sour milk with a pinch of salt.Grease the pizza maker and pour in the egg mixture. Sprinkle with pepper, herbs, and cheese to taste. Turn on the device for 7 minutes. After turning off, do not open the stove for another 10 minutes.
- Cake. Mix 3 eggs, 380 g of condensed milk, 1 packet of vanillin, 40 g of refined vegetable oil, 120 g of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in a deep bowl. Grease the pizza maker well with oil and pour in the dough (one third of the pan's volume). Cook for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
