  • eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • flour – 50 g.

All products must be removed from the refrigerator in advance so that they warm up to room temperature.

Making sour cream without baking

Preparation:

  1. Grind the cookies into fine crumbs using a blender or rolling pin. Melt 120 g of butter and pour over the cookies. Mix thoroughly. When compressed, the crumb should hold its shape, but at the same time fall apart easily. If it is too crumbly, add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of milk.
  2. Now let's prepare the cream. Pour sugar and flour into the pan and stir. Add 2 eggs. Beat with a whisk to obtain a homogeneous mass. Spread the sour cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Soon the mass will begin to thicken. Without letting it boil, we bring it to a thick state. Place the pan in ice water.While the cream cools, beat 100 g of butter with vanilla with a mixer. Add the cooled custard base in parts.
  3. Assembling the cake. Pour two-thirds of the chocolate chips into an 18cm springform pan. We form sides 5 cm high and press everything down well. Spread the cream. Sprinkle the remaining cookies on top.
  4. Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.

  1. Pour gelatin into 2 tbsp. spoons of water and stir.
  2. Pour sugar into a thick-bottomed pan and pour 50 ml of water. Cook over medium heat until deep golden brown (without stirring). Turn off the fire. Add butter and stir. Add 100 g of sour cream by spoon (stirring the caramel well each time).
  3. Chop the nuts with a knife or rolling pin. Mix with a third of the caramel.
  4. Whisk the remaining cooled caramel with sour cream at room temperature.
  5. Heat the gelatin, but do not boil. Stir to cool slightly and pour into sour cream.
  6. Place layers in a mold lined with cling film: peanuts, corn flakes (a third), cream, flakes, cream and more flakes.
  7. Place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, attach a plate to the mold and turn it over. Remove the film.
