How to prepare:

  1. Peeled champignons are cut into slices and placed in a deep bowl.
  2. Pour in a marinade of oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard and leave for half an hour.
  3. Eggs are hard-boiled and shelled. Bacon is fried in a dry frying pan. Place on a paper towel.
  4. The skin, bones and other substandard parts are removed from the chicken.

Place in a deep salad bowl: torn Romano leaves, chicken, mushrooms, bacon, and eggs, cut into 4-6 pieces. Gently mix and season with sauce. Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan.
