Buying new equipment is a joyful event. But so that this joy is not overshadowed by problems, the first start-up of the washing machine must be approached with all responsibility. There are a number of rules that must be followed.

Each washing machine comes with instructions. In it, the manufacturer describes in detail the features of the equipment and the rules for its operation. The booklet also contains information about the first launch. Different models of machines have their own subtleties in operation. Therefore, before using the machine for the first time, it is important to carefully read all instructions, including footnotes.

Checking the connection

So, your brand new washing machine is unpacked and connected. But don’t rush to turn it on and start the wash. First, check if everything is connected correctly. Even if a master installed the device, the human factor cannot be ruled out.A stupid mistake can lead to damage.

• Make sure that the rubber pipe is connected to the outlet of the water supply.
• The drain hose cuts into a siphon or sewer pipe. You can temporarily lower it into the sink or bathtub, making sure to secure it to the edge. Otherwise, under the pressure of water, it will fly off - and a flood will be guaranteed.
• Check that the drum mounting bolts are tight. They are located on the outside of the back wall of the device. You can dismantle them yourself by unscrewing and inserting the plugs that come with the machine. If this is not done, the washing machine will vibrate and rattle strongly, and may even break.
• Make sure the machine is level and not wobbling. If installed on a curved or soft surface, it will shake and move, which will adversely affect its performance.

Machine inspection

A new machine is always carefully packaged so that nothing gets damaged or broken during transportation and storage in the warehouse.

Packaging materials must be completely removed before first use. Inspect:

Start
