  • Have a “fasting day.” Dedicate one day a week entirely to rest.
  • Treat yourself to something delicious. Order pizza, rolls, buy a delicious cake or chocolate. Delicious food produces happiness hormones.
  • Stop asking too much of yourself. You cannot be perfect in everything - this is a direct path to fatigue.
  • Separate the wheat from the chaff. Select the main items that you will perform: wash the floor once a week, wipe the dust 2 times a week, carry out general cleaning once a month. All.Don't wipe or wash here and there every day.
