A classic recipe for making Bolognese pasta. The dish is prepared as follows:

  1. At the first stage, the sauce is prepared. A small onion is cut into cubes, and two garlic cloves are cut into thin slices.
  2. Garlic and onion are fried over low heat in olive oil until slightly browned.
  3. Add 550 g of minced pork and beef to the pan. He stirs with a fork. The minced meat is fried for 10 minutes over low heat.
  4. One sweet pepper is cut into small cubes. All this is added to the minced meat and fried for 5 minutes.
  5. 550 g of tomatoes in their own juice are peeled and placed in a blender. They are whipped to a porridge state, after which they are added to the pan.
  6. A special Maggi mixture for Bolognese sauce or several seasonings (basil, bay leaf, celery, black pepper), as well as salt, are also added to the minced meat. The mixture is simmered for 20 minutes over low heat.
  7. At the same time, cook 240 g of tagliatelle (pasta in the form of flat strips). The finished pasta is placed in a colander. It cannot be washed with cold water.
  8. Add a large spoon of olive oil and ready-made Bolognese sauce to the pasta. Everything is thoroughly mixed.
  9. At the end, the macaroni is topped with grated cheese.

Italian Bolognese pasta

Fettuccine pasta with shrimp

Fettuccine pasta with shrimp is delicious. The dish is made according to the following recipe:

  1. A medium onion and three garlic cloves are finely diced and fried for 4 minutes in olive oil over high heat.
  2. Fresh finely chopped tomatoes (4 pieces) are added to the pan. Three large spoons of dry white wine are poured into it. The mixture is simmered for 3 minutes.
  3. Add 240 g of low-fat cream to the tomato mixture. The sauce is brought to a boil, after which the heat is reduced. The mixture is simmered for 5 minutes. The cream should thicken.
