How a lamp brought health back to my family

Until recently, I was dreading the cold weather. From mid-autumn until spring, our family practically never parted with the pills. All kinds of acute respiratory viral infections, coronaviruses, bronchitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis... it seems to me that there is no disease that we have not had. I won’t describe all the horrors. Parents whose children attend kindergarten and school know about them firsthand.

The more often you go to public places, the more likely you are to catch a virus. Once one family member gets sick, someone else soon becomes infected. One infection can circulate in a house for weeks. Chemistry does not kill all viruses. Maximum – disinfects the floor and some other surfaces. Meanwhile, germs float in the air, settling on walls and even ceilings.

A quartz lamp produces ultraviolet rays that disinfect the entire illuminated space. We bought it on the recommendation of a doctor when our eldest child fell ill for the third time in a month.On the first day, I carried out quartzing in the rooms one by one. And before going to bed, we attached the nozzle and treated the nose and neck. Already in the morning there was a noticeable improvement, and after 3 days the son completely recovered. What is most surprising is that none of the household members became infected, and we were not sick at all for two months. Nowadays small colds sometimes happen, but in 90% of cases we do without medications at all and are treated only with a lamp!

How do I use it

Our choice fell on the “Solnyshko” irradiator, costing 3,200 rubles. Its advantage is that you can remove the curtain and quartz the room. After that, gray spots swam before my eyes, and then I simply lost my vision. For about 20 minutes I saw only darkness. Vision gradually began to return, but the eyes still watered and were red for a long time.

Another negative experience involves trying to tan under ultraviolet light. Fortunately, I only irradiated my face. Just 3 minutes. The skin began to burn, it became very red and peeled. I even had to use panthenol cream.

Cleaning the apartment

We all know that disease prevention is the best way to stay healthy. Having gone through endless infections, I understood this once and for all. That's why I don't have a quartz lamp collecting dust in my closet. How I use it:

• Once a week I do a general cleaning, and then I quartz all the rooms, including the bathroom (we have a combined bathroom and toilet). The larger the area of ​​the room, the longer it needs to be irradiated. In the bedroom and kitchen I turn on the lamp for 10 minutes, in the living room for 30. After turning on the device, disinfection begins within 5 minutes. I turn on the lamp and immediately go out. I look at my watch. When time passes, I quickly run in and turn off the irradiator. I leave the room closed for another half hour and then ventilate it.
• If someone in the family catches the virus, I carry out quartzing every day, but not in all rooms, but only in the patient’s room (we give him a separate one). The procedure follows the same pattern.

When quartzing a room, you need to remove all indoor plants from it and close the windows. It is clear that neither people nor pets should be in it.

Prevention and treatment of diseases

The quartz lamp has a wide range of applications. Ultraviolet rays in the right dose not only kill viruses, but also treat a variety of diseases:

The instructions say that quartzing cannot be carried out at temperatures. At the onset of the disease, the soles of the feet need to be irradiated.

In fact, we didn’t have to get seriously ill after purchasing a quartz lamp (pah-pah). How we treated:

• Runny nose. A tube that came with the kit was connected to the device. Glasses were put on the eyes. The light was on 3 times a day for 1 minute (adults 2 minutes). The snot always disappeared on the 2nd or 3rd day. The congestion went away after 1-2 applications.
• Sore throat, sore throat. The widest tube is intended for the throat. The procedure is the same as for the nose. After only 2 irradiations, relief is felt and the disease does not develop.

Before purchasing a UV irradiator, I read many articles. The opinion of doctors about whether a quartz lamp is useful for the home is ambiguous. On the one hand, it reduces the risk of viral and other diseases. On the other hand, the immune system does not encounter microbes and can begin to fight itself. Here you need to carefully weigh everything and choose the lesser evil (better - together with your doctor). My experience as a housewife suggests that a quartz lamp for the home is a salvation for a family with frequently ill children.
