The only exception to this rule can be a visit from unpleasant people - in order to remove the negativity that they brought with them, it is worth sweeping the path from the stove or from the table to the exit from the home.
• Garbage is never swept out of the door. It needs to be collected on a scoop or piece of cardboard and taken outside.
• Clean only when the Sun is above the horizon. If it has not yet risen or has already shrunk, it is better not to pick up a broom, otherwise poverty will come to the house.
• It is forbidden to sweep around an unmarried girl or an unmarried guy. This action can easily lead to celibacy. But newlyweds can be ensured a happy life together without quarrels and problems if they sweep the road before they walk along it.
• If friends, relatives or acquaintances are visiting the house, you should not let them do the cleaning. The brownie will be angry if he finds out that the broom was touched by one of the strangers. After this, luck will leave the family for some time.

• Tuesday. Anyone who is owed a significant amount of money should carefully sweep away all the dirt on this day, paying attention to hard-to-reach places (behind cabinets, in corners, under the bed). Similar actions will help a person who has hidden money or jewelry and cannot find it due to forgetfulness.
• Wednesday. This day will bring good luck to everyone involved in business. However, this should not be taken as a guide to action only for owners of private companies. If you need to sell excess harvest or things that are no longer useful on the farm, you should take up a broom and clean the house. A buyer will be found within a few days and will negotiate at a price favorable to the seller.
• Thursday. People who are haunted by lack of money can easily get rid of it with the help of Thursday cleaning. But before sweeping, you should open all the windows in the house, even if it is winter. This is done so that poverty can go away.
• Friday. On this day, as on Monday, it was not customary to take up a broom. Where they clean on Fridays, money doesn't linger. Family members constantly make unnecessary purchases and get involved in gambling.
• Saturday. If you start cleaning on Saturday, it will definitely attract money to your home. True, not in the form of cash bills or coins falling from the sky, but in the form of an opportunity to earn money.
• Sunday. There was no cleaning on Sundays, as it was believed that this day was dedicated to communicating with family and doing things together.
