Contrary to popular belief, inviting a cleaner to your home is so expensive.

Apartment cleaning - how much?

You can order three types of cleaning from cleaning companies:

• After renovation — workers collect and remove all the garbage left by the builders, wash off any remaining paint and cement dust, and completely prepare the home for occupancy.
• General — the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, without leaving a speck. This includes sweeping away dust from window sills, radiators, ceilings and walls, washing lighting fixtures, removing dirt from the apron in the kitchen and treating all tiled surfaces in the bathrooms.
• Supportive — this service includes superficial cleaning of all premises. The cleaner washes floors, polishes mirrors, polishes furniture, wipes the outer surface of the refrigerator and oven, disinfects the bathtub or shower tray, washes the dishes, and takes out the trash.

If necessary, you can order additional services.For example, washing windows, cleaning the inside of a microwave or oven, ironing clothes, removing stains from furniture, steam cleaning carpets, cleaning the inside of cabinets.

It should be noted that taking things out and putting them back after cleaning is the responsibility of the owners themselves. Almost all companies ask that the refrigerator and cabinets be already empty when the cleaner arrives.

In the city on the Neva, cleaning a two-room apartment with the hands of a private cleaner will cost 2,500–3,500 rubles. Large companies offer their services at prices starting from 70 rubles/m². If you try, you can find budget options (from 50 rubles) or discounted offers.

An apartment of two rooms, one bathroom and a kitchen in the main city of Tatarstan will be cleaned for only 2,000 rubles. “General cleaning” will cost 6,000, and cleaning after repairs will cost 8,000. At a lower price, they offer services from cleaners who work not for a large company, but for themselves - they are ready to perform a similar amount of work for almost half the price.

Ekaterinburg

The average price tag for cleaning here is 50 rubles per 1 m². Elite companies are ready to start work at a price of 5,500–6,000 rubles (the cost includes removing dust from main surfaces and washing the floor). And private cleaners place advertisements with prices ranging from 2500–3000 rubles.

When looking for a more profitable option, you should take into account not only the price per square meter, but also the range of services that are included in the so-called “package”. For example, some companies do not include washing dishes and washing the refrigerator. It is also worth finding out which tools and equipment the cleaner will bring with him, and which ones he will have to provide (ladders, buckets, cleaning products).
