  4. Add 50 ml of water to the gelatin and place in a water bath.
  5. Mix cottage cheese, sugar and cream in a blender. Pour gelatin in parts.
  6. Fill the molds with the curd soufflé and place in the refrigerator.
  7. Make a small hole in the bag of chocolate and draw Christmas trees on the parchment using a zigzag pattern. Sprinkle with confectionery powder. Place in the refrigerator.
  8. When the soufflé and chocolate have hardened, assemble the cakes: remove from the mold, brush the sides with condensed milk and roll in coconut flakes. Move the chocolate Christmas tree to the top (on a knife).
