How to safely press buttons in the elevator and intercom and not catch coronavirus

To avoid becoming infected with coronavirus, you need to wear a protective mask or respirator, constantly treat your hands with antiseptic, and not touch anything in public places unless absolutely necessary. What about the intercom or elevator buttons? Imagine how many people press them with dirty fingers every day! In addition, the cabin has poor ventilation and cleaning is carried out infrequently.

In order not to climb on foot, I propose a men's lifehack: a design made from a lighter with built-in disinfection. I spied it on Timati's Instagram.

You will need:

any lighter without a lid;
a stationery staple or strong wire;
electrical tape or tape.

How to do:

1. We take a clerical bracket and unbend it. You need to make one fold in the center. A piece of wire or a women's hairpin is suitable for the same purposes.

2. We attach the ends of the wire to the wide sides of the lighter. We retreat 2-3 cm from the top.

3. We wrap the lighter with electrical tape several times so that the wire does not wobble.

4. Ready! Carry the device with you in your pocket. After pressing the button, turn on the lighter - the fire will disinfect it.

In a liquid environment, the lifespan of the virus is even longer. That is why:

Put on a cloth mask immediately after leaving the apartment. Make sure it fits snugly to your face.
Use the cabin one at a time, do not let anyone in.
Press elevator buttons with objects, not with your bare hands.
Don't touch your face!
When you return home, immediately treat your face and hands with an antiseptic. Use sprays in stores, pharmacies and public transport.
