Master classes

Seeing unimaginable aerial figures, many people think that making them on their own is incredibly difficult. This is only partly true. Undoubtedly, decorating from balloons is a slow job and requires a certain precision, and sometimes several hands. However, even complex figures and compositions can be made with your own hands at home. You just need to set a goal and know a few subtleties:

    • Helium filling. Compositions flying under the ceiling and simply beautiful balloons with tied valentines look more impressive than floor ones.

  • Linkoluns (linkins). These are special balls used in aerodesign. They have a tail on the opposite side, thanks to which the balls can be quickly and easily connected to each other and create beautiful shapes in no time. For example, this arch:Arch of lincoloon balls
    • Pump. As a rule, it takes more than a dozen balloons to decorate a room. If you inflate them all with your mouth, you will feel bad: your head will spin, your vision will darken. Therefore, you need to either think about purchasing a pump, or involve assistants.
    • The quality of the balls. An airy figure can retain its original appearance for a month or more. But for this you need to use high-quality thick latex balls. Of course, they cost more. But if you don’t have a lot of money, it’s better to make a smaller composition than to build a huge arch that will burst and deflate right at the moment of a romantic dinner.

    Heart

    The composition of heart-shaped balloons is very simple to make. You will need the following materials:

    • welding wire or cable APV 16 for the frame – 3 m;
    • small balls measuring 5 inches - 120 pcs.;
    • tape and scissors.

    Master Class:

      1. Make a heart-shaped frame out of wire. Secure the joints with tape.
      2. Inflate 2 balloons and tie them to each other with their tails.
      3. Repeat the manipulation with another pair of balls.

    Attaching balloons to a heart-shaped frame

      1. Connect pairs of balls by twisting in the center. Fours are the basis of most air compositions.
      2. Attach the four to the frame and twist the balls.

    Forming a heart from balloons on a wire frame

    1. Continue attaching the balls to the frame, building a pattern (if the balls are multi-colored).

    Result:

    Make sure that the balloons you inflate are the same size.

    Arch

    The second master class is even simpler. To make an arch for February 14 you will need:

    • lincoluna balls – 12 pcs.;
    • 5 inch balls – 52 pcs.;
    • pump.

    Progress:

      1. Inflate 2 lincoloons and tie them together with tails.
      2. Tie all the other lincoloons in a row.

      1. Inflate small balloons and make fours out of them according to this principle:

    Connecting four balloons

      1. Twist the fours by wrapping the link joints.

    1. Hang weights (water balls) to the lower quads to prevent the arch from moving. You can also additionally attach it to the wall with tape.

    Decorating with balloons is a fairly easy, albeit painstaking process. On February 14, decorate doors and windows with balloons, make a beautiful arch, inflate foil hearts with helium and tie valentines with heartfelt confessions. Such a gift will be pleasant for any person. The balls symbolize the sublimity of feelings. And how nice it is to realize that the composition was created for you with your own hands, with love and a desire to please. Your other half will be pleasantly surprised!
